A Note from Barrett Barrera Projects’ President on COVID-19

Dear Barrett Barrera Projects Community,

Everyday we are being bombarded with changing information about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We take our collective health seriously and are trying to navigate the waves as much as our neighborhoods, hometown, nation and world. Taking into consideration the widespread efforts to reduce the spread of any illness, we have decided to cancel Saturday’s artist talk with Brandon Anschultz and Harley Lafarrah Eaves at projects+gallery, as well as the upcoming conservator tour with Zoe Perkins scheduled for March 21st at projects+exhibitions.

The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority, and we are actively following the recommendations of the US Center for Disease and Prevention, CDC, and state and local health agencies. projects+gallery and projects+exhibitions will continue regular public hours, and we invite you to enjoy our exhibitions in a calm and uncrowded environment. We value open communication with our community, and we will continue to keep you advised of future changes. In accordance with our belief that art is a verb, we will continue to provide you with new and ever-nimble ways of engaging with arts culture, and hope that you feel comfortable and welcomed in our spaces.

Sincerely,
Susan Barrett
President
